Job Description
Your will be responsible for leading, directing + continuously optimizing your field sales team to deliver customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility while also closing profitable customer deals.
Your Role Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate all new business development within the region; develop sales leads and assess potential for business; maintain pipeline and manage inter-company opportunities. Identify potential prospects, establish contact and develop customer relationships; target customers that can help increase market share. • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of the field + inside sales organization. Your Responsibilities
- Generate personal sales to facilitate annual trade lane growth as well as local branch where based.
- To align the sales efforts with customer care managers, pricing + business development teams, including pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to maximize the company’s presence with the mutual goals of retaining all existing business and gaining significant new business; monitor sales activity of sales teams on both sides of the trade lane.
