We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to design, develop, and implement automated processes using RPA tools. The RPA Developer will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and gather requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation for automated processes, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing RPA bots to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed bots in a timely manner.
- Ensure that RPA solutions comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Conduct testing (unit, system, integration) to validate the functionality and performance of automated solutions.
- Provide training and support to business users on the use and management of RPA tools.
- Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and trends to continuously improve automation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proven track record of implementing end-to-end RPA solutions in a professional environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RPA tools and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of process design, flowcharting, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration of RPA with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is a plus.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred.
- 2+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Java, JS.
- Ability to deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
