Hrsi is looking for riders for one of its leading retail client

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport products to customer locations using a [bike/scooter/car].
• Ensure timely delivery and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle or bike used for deliveries.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing updates on delivery status.
• Assist with loading/unloading goods when necessary.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and meet company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license (for car or motorbike) or appropriate qualifications for bike deliveries.
• Good knowledge of the local area and ability to use GPS or navigation tools.
