Job Description
Creative Chaos is looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot CRM, oversee the sales cycle, manage marketing automation, and integrate data across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sales, and marketing—ensuring seamless operations and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Sales Operations (HubSpot Administration)
- Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator, managing system configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
- Optimize sales cycle processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, track deal progress, and ensure proper pipeline management.
- Manage lead routing, scoring, and assignment automation to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Ensure data hygiene and consistency, regularly auditing and cleansing CRM records.
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
Marketing Automation & Integrations
- Oversee marketing automation, including email campaigns, workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing.
- Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach) to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Implement and manage lead capture forms, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
Data & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in HubSpot that integrate data from:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Other third-party marketing and sales data sources.
- Track and analyze key revenue performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data analysis.
Process Optimization & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Continuously optimize sales and marketing processes by leveraging automation and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline revenue operations workflows and improve conversion rates.
