• Support the implementation and management of CRM software for both Commercial and Operations teams.

• Help the Experience team in ensuring shippers and customers receive excellent service.
  

  
  

• Assist in strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  

  
  

• Support in complaint resolution, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
  

  
  

• Recently completed a Masters / Bachelors in Engineering degree, or a related field.
  

  
  

• Strong interest in data analysis and process optimization.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Suite; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
