What you will do
Drive Sales optimization by enabling informed decision making with the help of data analysis of Commercial and Operations activities
Assign targets to the Commercial team, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by generating new leads, and watching out for potential churn.
Lead process automation,identify areas of improvement and ensure best practices are followed
Implement and manage of CRM software for both Commercial and Operations
Suggest product improvements based on user feedback and insights from data
Conduct CRM training and refresher sessions for new and existing team members
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure organization-wide initiatives are executed effectively
Oversee the experience team to ensure shippers and customers receive the best possible service experience.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise complaint resolution, ensuring complaints are promptly and effectively addressed, and handle directly where required
What we are looking for:
MBA or Engineering degree
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Suite, and HubSpot.
Experience in Product Management.
Experience in Process Excellence.
Experience with CRM software implementation and management.
Experience in Python is a plus.
