YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the outlet, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Address customer complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
- Manage, train, and develop outlet staff to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Create staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales and Revenue:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and outlet performance metrics.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics systems, inventory management, and basic accounting.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
