It comprises of five major operational sections: Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Health Policy & Management, Population & Reproductive Health, Environmental Health & Climate Change, and Non-communicable Diseases & Mental Health.This is a short-termed grant-funded contractual position.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:ensuring all the SOPS of study are being followed to enroll study participantstimely arrangement of the suppliesensuring transportation/submission of all lab bio-specimenmaintenance of logs for file submissionmeeting with the field editor to resolve the errorscontributing to the literature search and write-up of the reports/manuscriptsmaintaining study records and prepare periodic progress reportskeeping a track of all the communication.frequently interacting with the relevant stakeholdersvisiting the study sites within and out of Karachi regularly for monitoring and supervisionconducting in-person and virtual training/refresher sessions for all sitescoordinating and liaising with study stakeholders in resolving ongoing errors and issues of studymaintaining the record of the correspondence. RequirementsYou should have:a master degree in Social Studies/Social Sciences/Anthropologyat least three years’ experience of managing research project management particularly in the area of qualitative studies/anthropological studiesability to plan, organize and carry out, analyse and write report regarding qualitative studiesexcellent verbal and written command of the English language, and ability to produce high-quality project reports/presentations for stakeholders and the funding agencyproficiency in the use of related computer software packages (e.g., N-vivo)good analytical skills, critical thinking, and reasoningexcellent literature search, and scientific writing skillsgood management and organizational skillsexcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in teams and be a good team playerwillingness to work at flexible timings according to the study requirementswillingness for frequent traveling/stay within and out of the city as per study requirementsability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization and delegation.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
