To date, the faculty has published innumerous articles in indexed and non-indexed journals and has contributed to various book chapters.This is a grant-funded contractual position.Responsibilities:You will be responsible to:supervise and monitor the research activities including data collection as well as maintain necessary recordsliaise with the relevant stakeholders for the smooth implementation of all required activities of the projectensure the validity of data collected from the fieldensure proper data collection as per the project guidelinesfollow and ensure field implementation of project-related sops and guidelines, as defined in the research projectassist supervisors in carrying out day-to-day research workassist in the preparation of periodic research and progress reportskeep track and follow up with research teams on progress reports of the projectensure quality control through random checks and field monitoringparticipate in research meetings and present monthly monitoring reportswrite and disseminate meeting minutes. Requirements:You should have:Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Health Policy & Management, Public Health or Healthcareat least three years of relevant experience in any reputable organizationexcellent interpersonal skills particularly communication skillsproficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Officeability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectivelyability to work effectively in teams and resilience to cope-up with work pressureexcellent communication skillswillingness to work in a community setting and travel as per work requirements.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
