HR Executive (Female) needed in a School in Tellapur, Hyderabad
Immediate joining.
Qualification: Should be a Post Graduate in HR. Preference to someone with a HR background with at least 1-2 years experience in the education industry
Role & Responsibilities :
• Understand job requirements and objectives. Handle and Managing recruitment posting including resume
screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks and police verification process.
• Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions. Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide
feedback to the candidates in a timely manner.
• Conduct joining formalities. Follow school protocols diligently.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
Salary: 35-40k
