  • Job Title: EYP Facilitator (Nursery & PP2)

  • Board: IB (International Baccalaureate)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Qualification: ECCED / NTT (Early Childhood Care & Education Diploma / Nursery Teacher Training)
  • Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Negotiable for IB-experienced candidates)
  • CBSE teachers can also apply (Package: ₹25,000, IB training will be provided)
  • Transport Facility: Provided
  • School Timings: 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Interview Mode: Physical
  • Interview Rounds: 2
  • Gender Preference: Female
  • Joining Requirement: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IB curriculum-based lesson plans for Nursery and PP2 students
  • Facilitate child-centered, inquiry-based learning to enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Engage students using play-based and activity-based learning approaches
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and creativity
  • Plan and execute age-appropriate learning experiences integrating art, music, movement, and sensory activities
  • Foster early literacy and numeracy skills through interactive storytelling, phonics, and foundational math activities
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods like role play, storytelling, hands-on activities, and exploration
  • Assess and document children’s progress through observations, portfolios, and anecdotal records
  • Encourage independent thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among young learners
  • Partner with parents and guardians to ensure holistic development and address individual learning needs
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to maintain classroom discipline and engagement
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of IB Early Years Programme (EYP) principles
  • Ability to differentiate instruction based on students’ learning styles and abilities
  • Excellent classroom management skills in an early years setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young learners and parents
  • Creativity in lesson planning and execution using storytelling, role-play, and activity-based learning
  • Adaptability to new teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards children
  • Knowledge of child development psychology and early years learning strategies
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and interactive learning tools
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for student assessments
