Job Description

Job Title: Business Associate Teacher


Location: Gandipet Hyderabad


Reports To: School Principal


Position Type: Full-time


Salary - 18K to 25K with accommodation and food

 Timing - 12: 45 to 9:45 in between 1 hour break 


Job Summary: The Business Associate Teacher will deliver high-quality instruction in business-related subjects, support the academic development of students, and contribute to the overall educational mission of the institution. This role involves designing and implementing curriculum, assessing student performance, and engaging with students to foster a positive learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Instructional Delivery:


    • Teach business courses including, but not limited to, business fundamentals, management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
    • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and address diverse learning needs.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  2. Curriculum Development:


    • Collaborate with faculty and department heads to design and update curriculum and course materials.
    • Integrate real-world business practices and case studies into coursework to provide practical learning opportunities.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation:


    • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, exams, and projects.
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  4. Student Engagement:


    • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
    • Offer academic advising and support to students, including guidance on career pathways and professional development.
  5. Professional Development:


    • Stay current with industry trends and educational best practices.
    • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other relevant activities.
  6. Administrative Duties:


    • Prepare and maintain course syllabi, grades, and other necessary documentation.
    • Contribute to departmental initiatives and activities as needed.
  7. Institutional Involvement:


    • Engage in activities that promote the institution's mission and goals.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and community outreach.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.

         Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create an engaging and dynamic learning environment.
    • Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:


  • This position may require occasional evening or weekend work for special events or meetings.
  • Classroom and office environments with standard office equipment.
