Job Description

As an Relationship Officer at PakWheels.com, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how Pakistanis buy and sell cars and bikes by ensuring top-quality dealership listings and enhancing customer engagement. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with dealership owners and key account teams to maximize the reach, appeal, and sales impact of their inventory on the PakWheels platform. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for automotive solutions and sales growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive the daily management and updates of assigned dealerships’ car and bike inventories on PakWheels.com, ensuring timely and accurate listings.
  • Provide detailed training sessions for dealership owners and sales agents to optimize the use of PakWheels' applications and digital products.
  • Offer strategic guidance and feedback to dealerships on improving listing quality and enhancing their sales potential through PakWheels' platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and key account teams to identify and implement strategies that drive revenue growth in the designated area.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of local car and bike markets is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and email tools.
