EligibilityEducation: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with a good understanding of SBP regulations and instructions as outlined in the SBP FE Manual. Knowledge of regulations specifically related to Investment Abroad, Royalty, and Loan Registration is an advantage.Responsibilities: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Ensure and demonstrate full knowledge of the F.E. Manual and Transaction Employee Banking products to customers. Regularly update and maintain customer records, resolve transaction-related issues, and provide advisory services related to transactions. Ensure meticulous compliance with the SBP FE Manual for acquiring approvals and preparing cases. Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of reports submitted to SBP. Maintain internal business MIS on a daily basis. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely processing of transactions related to the FE Manual. Ensure compliance with the Bank's operational policies and procedures.Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High-energy individual with a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
