Job Description

Eligibility:


  • Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master's, from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Experience:


  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry will be considered valuable.

Skills Required:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship management & negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the travel business

Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the Hajj & Umrah business.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for case approvals, payments, etc.
  • Work closely with the operations team to conduct branch training.
