- Deep understanding and hands on experience of the local customer and consumer landscape.
- Agile working and comport with Test & Learn.
Drive Execution Excellence: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Regions KPIs.
- Drive Volume & Value growth with increased distribution.
- Strengthen Route to Market and grow the category.
- Distribution expansion in traditional trade – Increased Coverage & effectiveness
- Identifying the key strategic challenges to generate leads and develop the engagement of our key accounts.
- Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, on-boarding, activation, and expansion.
- Review Teams & Plans with Rigour
- Drive Digital tools & enable digital activation in Sales.
Cocreate & Collaborate with India Sales Leadership Team
- Channel Plans & Category insights with Customer Marketing Lead.
- Drive Expansion Strategy in line with the Forecast Plans with Supply
- Establish and foster mutual partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Proven Ability to Build Strong Talent
- Build High Performing Teams – Build a Sales Leadership Pipeline of Future
- Coaching Next Gen Talent resulting in leadership pipeline conversion
- Inspire Extended Teams to drive superior performance & build category leadership mindset.
