The Regional Manager for Garaj Partner League (GPL) is responsible for overseeing the operations, growth, and success of the GPL program within a designated region. This role involves strategic planning, partner management, and team leadership to drive engagement, enhance partnerships, and achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and execute regional strategies to promote and expand the Garaj Partner League (GPL) program.
• Set and achieve regional goals for partner acquisition, engagement, and performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPL partners, including key stakeholders and collaborators.
• Provide support and guidance to partners to ensure they meet performance targets and derive value from the GPL program.

• Lead and manage a team of GPL professionals, including partner managers and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.

• Oversee the execution of GPL initiatives and events within the region, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and program effectiveness.

• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to address market needs and drive program growth.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics to assess regional performance and progress.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program achievements, partner performance, and market conditions to senior management.

• Engage with key partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and operations, to support the GPL program and drive regional success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of program initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in partner management, program management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, program management, and regional market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, analyze data, and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in specific industry or program related to GPL.
  • Familiarity with specific program management tools or methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regional market conditions and partner needs.
• Working Conditions:
  • Travel within the designated region is required.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate partner needs and program events.
