Refinery Operation Cordinator

Job Summary:

Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise production line operation and staff in accordance with plant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure achievement of output and efficiency in line with defined standards by optimum utilization of man power on daily basis.
2. Implement production as per plan-shift wise/day wise and review and decide changes in production schedule in case of any unexpected stoppage / shortage of materials.
3. Ensure timely entry of production batches, maintenance notifications, reservations in SAP.
4. Ensure monthly reconciliation and stock reports and assist audits.
5. Ensure adherence to implementation of quality, food safety, Halal systems by online audit of process, packing and palletizing through reducing customer complaints.
6. Ensure daily listing and implementation of maintenance jobs by operators and technicians.
7. Plan and develop systems and procedures to reduce cost and proper utilization of utilities.
8. Troubleshoot all types of problems occurring during operation to improve productivity and product quality.
9. Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
10. Reduce down time and variation in mass balance by continuously auditing process and packing operations.
11. Ensure that safe working habits are developed through awareness and training of staff
12. Suggest innovative and creative projects and guide subordinates in carrying out incremental improvements.
13. Devise, develop and monitor effective Health, safety and environment strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.
14. To prevent product, equipment & material from contamination.
15. Monitor the Pre requisite Programs & operational Pre requisite programs.
16. Handle food safety emergency situation and conduct routine drills.
17. To ensure the all the established controls are in place.
18. Ensure product & material traceability at all stages.
19. Ensure the implement of GMP standards against checklist.
20. Communicate with other departmental supervisors, managers including Engineering, QA, Supply chain, Ware house, Refinery, Tankfarm, HR/Admin.
