About Pavago:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Management Trainee Officer (RMTO) to join our client’s team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interviews while building strong candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify and attract top talent for diverse roles.
  • Phone Screenings: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, assess candidates’ qualifications, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Job Description Creation: Develop clear and engaging job descriptions tailored to specific roles and client requirements.
  • Interview Question Development: Create structured interview questions that align with role-specific competencies and hiring goals.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, negotiating terms, and addressing any candidate questions or concerns.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to promote the company’s employer brand, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates, to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and align on hiring goals.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will include sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. You’ll communicate with candidates, assist in extending offers, and maintain accurate records in the ATS. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment goals and ensure a seamless hiring process. Building strong candidate relationships and proactively solving challenges will be key to your success.
