About the job Recruitment Executive - Hospitality (H-405)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.
Experience:
1-2 years of Recruitment Hospitality (Managerial and Non - Managerial) Experience
