Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our HR team in the recruitment process. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in background verification processes.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
