About the role:

Are you a fresh graduate or a soon-to-be graduate looking to kickstart a career in recruiting? We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations Associate to support our hiring processes, assist recruiters, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll work with Greenhouse (our Applicant Tracking System), coordinate interviews, and help streamline recruiting operations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys learning new skills while maintaining consistency in daily tasks.
Remote, 8pm - 5am (PKT)
Contractual

• Support recruiting processes by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
• Maintain and update Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in applicant tracking.
• Assist in tracking hiring reports and metrics to support recruiting operations.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly.
• Support employer branding efforts, university outreach, and recruiting events.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results efficiently.

• Fresh graduate or final-year student (preferred fields: Business, HR, or related disciplines).
• Prior recruiting or HR internship experience is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excited to learn new things while maintaining consistency in day-to-day tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Stable internet connection and ability to work night shift remotely.
