Timings:2 PM - 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)


Position Overview:As an HR Recruiter at VASL, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our team. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding for various roles within the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as social media, job posts and professional network and ensure a diverse candidate pool

Candidate Engagement and Experience:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency.
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement.

Employer Branding and Outreach:


  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Represent VASL, Inc at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, advertisements, and employer branding content.
