Role


QPM is the process referent that will evaluate side effects coming from a process change designed by functional leaders. He/ She will have to be involved before implementing a new process to avoid negative impact on other functions.


Manage one or several streams to optimize the activity, develop the performance and/ or monitor cost & quality.


Responsibilities


- KPIs & Reporting (not accountable but responsible to support functions)
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Process Improvement Initiatives cross functional and functional
- Hand over to functional teams for achieved improvements
- Change Management Support
- Project Implementation & Agency Project Management
- Extended team of BEM at cluster/ country level
- Work closely with functional referent (kind of BPE)
- Cross domains / transversal Projects Management
- Agency alignment with Core Model
- 360deg. Review contribution and Action Plan tracking ownership
- Build business cases to validate new initiatives
- Challenge local processes to gain efficiency
- Focal POC within agency for all GBS projects to secure smooth implementation
- Be GM business partner and participate in weekly management meetings with Agency Management team
- Agency Data Quality Management
 


Qualification and Profile
Must have:
- Preferably MBA.
- May prefer relevant Liner working experience at Manager level in shipping industry.
- Experience of Work/ Team Management.
- Good knowledge of shipping, port/ country regulations, legal and customs regulations and market practice.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English (both writing and speaking).
- Good cammand of IT Tools, MS Office, Dashboard & Presentations.
