Quality Control Officer

Inbox Business Technologies is currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team. As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce quality control measures, monitor production processes, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
• Conduct inspections and tests of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Identify and report quality issues and non-conformities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Train employees on quality control procedures and practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
• To Perform QC checks.
• Assist the QC Supervisor in work order submission for approval.
• To Assist the Planning Supervisor and bridge the gap between QC and Planning
