This is a frontline role encompassing full process ownership of QHSE related activities of respective site while supporting the Head of QHSE in planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that department objectives are met.


  • Follow group QHSE, country and customer requirements.
  • Plan emergency drills and execute as per annual drill calendar.
  • Prepare and update QHSE documents required for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor performance of QHSE management system requirements and align every department.
  • Escalate SOP nonconformance and develop CAPA.
  • Conduct monthly QHSE Meeting at site.
  • Prepare meeting minutes for all meetings related to QHSE.
  • Conduct safety inspections as per procedure.
  • Align dates with site leadership on monthly QHSE activities.
  • Ensure effective action plans developed against identified risk (QHSE Legal).
  • Conduct QHSE risk assessment for all key activities.
  • Update QHSE internal communication at site (Safety Signage, Poster, Notice Boards etc)
  • Report unsafe acts/conditions, near miss, incidents and accidents.
  • Prepare site in alignment with stakeholders for upcoming visits and audits.
  • Report site challenges to management to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly align meeting data before 10th of every month.
  • Record and report safety inspection and leadership site walk results as per procedure.
  • Conduct investigation against QHSE incidents.
  • Update legal register for all applicable legal requirements on annual basis.
  • Update communication log for all communication related to QHSE.
