Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Pakistan. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality control processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify defects, implement testing procedures, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Test Planning and Design: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Manual and Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software functionality meets defined criteria.
• Defect Identification: Identify, record, and track defects using issue tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the responsiveness and stability of applications under various conditions.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance best practices and methodologies to enhance the overall software development process.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and defect reports for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
