Job Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our websites, products and services meet established quality standards, supporting project teams, and maintaining high-quality deliverables throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive testing of websites developed on WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow to ensure functionality, usability, and responsiveness.
  

• Ensure compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  

• Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, or inconsistencies, working closely with developers to resolve them.
  

• Assess page load times, server response times, and overall performance, optimizing for an efficient user experience.
  

• Check for accuracy in design elements, copy, and content structure, ensuring the final product aligns with project specifications.
  

• Evaluate user flow, accessibility, and navigation, identifying any areas where user experience can be improved.
  

• Verify that websites meet security and compliance standards, especially on platforms involving transactions or personal data.
  

• Maintain accurate records of test cases, results, and feedback for ongoing improvement of QA processes.
  

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and integrated at each project stage.
  

• Proactively identify quality risks within projects and propose mitigation strategies to prevent issues.
  

• Ensure that deliverables meet internal and external quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  

• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for quality improvement and drive process enhancements across future projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a project-based environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  
• Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  
• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
  
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  
• ISTQB or similar QA certification is preferred.
