QA Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
  
• Perform Database testing using basic SQL query writing. 
  
• Proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders
  
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risk
  
• Ensure that the solution is of acceptable quality
  
• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts
  
• Proactively manage scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
  
• Manage the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
  
• Understand all phases of the development process
  
• Ability to manage each aspect of the product release from a technical standpoint
  
• Review and manage status for technical delivery dates
  
• Ability to manage all technical aspects of product releases
  
• Ability to ship high quality software on time
  
• Solid understanding of the Enterprise application industry
  
• Ensure ISO compliance, and CMMI processes guidelines observance
  

What you’ll bring along:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in BS/BCS.
  
• 3+ years of experience in the software industry. Experience in Test Automation will be preferred.
  
• Database SQL query writing​
  
• ISTQB Certification preferred
  
• Strong Analytical skills
  
• Quick learner / Team player /Self-motivated
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
