We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will be:


  • Leading and supporting your technology team to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, and communications.
  • Acting as a SME on the design, development, testing and implementation of technology solutions around transformation of systems involved in risk analytics function on a tactical and strategic basis and provide guidance to team for continuous improvements/automation in all aspects of software delivery lifecycle.
  • Closely working with the technology teams, architects, business analysts and Product Owners to identify and drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and corresponding management of dependencies.
  • Leading and supporting day to day interactions with senior stakeholders and programme steering committees as appropriate, resolving conflicts, and providing input in the decision-making process where required.
  • Provide support to team in identification and resolution of all incidents to proactively handle production support activities and areas of improvements.
  • End to end ownership of IT service and ensuring the services comply with various IT controls.
  • Growing the technical expertise of the engineering community.
  • Provide support to DevOps teams managing continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus on end to end journeys
  • Driving, managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Making recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
  • Establishing effective governance and controls and coordinating across DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery.
