Project Trainee – GPS role exists to provide support to deploy and embed the GPS into a Site to deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation).
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor of Engineering/Pharm D
Fresh graduate or 2–4-month Experience
Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
Lean / Six Sigma Knowledge
Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities
Provide project management support and governance around Site strategic projects.
Helping ensure the day-to-day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.
To support site in initiatives and projects related to Digitization, Automation and Analytics
OneGPS Deployment Support
Procurement Support for ASL/GSL Improvement Project
PPV and material Roadmap governance support
CPU Projects governance support
