What is Project Manager USF?
Project Manager USF will be looking after end to end USF Projects. The team comprises of two members, and he will be directly reporting to Head of strategic Projects.
What does Project Manager USF do?
- Lead bid participation efforts, ensuring all technical, financial, and commercial aspects are aligned with USF requirements.
- Oversee the development of business cases and feasibility studies for USF projects.
- Collaborate with finance, CRA, and technical teams to ensure compliance in bid submission.
- Manage communication with USF during the bidding process, addressing queries and requirements.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from contract award to project completion.
- Oversee maintain project timelines and resource plans to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage site deployment, network installation, and testing.
- Ensure project activities comply with USF SLA requirements, regulatory approvals, and quality benchmarks.
- Develop monitoring mechanisms to track site rollout progress, network performance, and compliance with USF KPIs.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to USF and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency in project execution
- Conduct periodic project performance reviews and escalate issues when necessary
- Act as the primary liaison between USF, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct high-level coordination to resolve operational, financial and related issues
- Represent the company in USF meetings and provide periodic reporting towards USF

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Project Manager USF?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering, Business Administration and Project management
- More than 5 years of diverse experience in project Management in telecom industry.
- Relevant experience and project management is the key skill.
