Project Overview


The Gas Expansion Project aims to double gas processing capacity from 60 MMSCFD to 120 MMSCFD. This includes upgrading control systems, compressor restaging, engine uprate, and site integration of critical infrastructure.


 


Objective


The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project from planning to execution, ensuring that the scope, timeline, and budget are adhered to. They will serve as the primary point of contact for both the client and the OEM, ensuring smooth communication, quality control, and compliance with EHSS standards.


Start Date: Immediate


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans and schedules, ensure timely completion of all project phases, including control system retrofits, compressor restaging, and equipment upgrades.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the client, OEM, and contractors. Provide regular updates and address any issues or deviations from the project scope.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the project team, including the Site Supervisor, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • EHSS Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with EHSS (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and best practices.
  • Reporting:  Maintain regular reporting of project progress, delays, budget use, and any changes to scope.

 


Qualifications:


  • Education:  Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in project management, preferably in Oil & Gas or infrastructure projects. Experience in gas compression systems, rotary equipment, and Solar Turbine systems is must.
  • Skills:  Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Certifications:  PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). English proficiency (Intermediate/Professional level).


Please note that this is a contractual role with a duration of 8 to 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
