Role Specifications:
Lead and support the implementation of the schools academic programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis. Evaluate project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on development projects. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects within specified timeframes and budgets. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including educators, administrators, contractors, government officials and community members.
Skills Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in managing education and development projects. Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Budget management experience, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Lead the planning, execution, and closing of school management and operations projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Strong understanding of educational systems and school development processes.
