Job Title: Project Manager for CBSC School in Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 65,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project timelines (Gantt charts) with clear start and end dates for each phase.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, covering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Negotiate purchase agreements with vendors for cost-effective material procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and quality of work.

RequirementsRequired Skills/Experience:
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience in construction or civil engineering projects is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
