PROJECT EXECUTION ENGINEER

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client, a Karachi based newly established Renewable Energy company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:

The position of Project Execution Engineer will report to Manager Project Execution and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. Key duties include coordinating project activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion. 
• Ensure project activities align with the project plan, timeline, and budget.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project efficiency. 
• Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations as needed to meet project objectives.
• Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any deviations. 
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Manager Project Execution and other senior management.
• Identify potential risks and challenges during project execution and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters in Engineering from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project execution, preferably in the renewable energy sector. 
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Age

• The candidate should be preferably not more than 33 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
