Introduction to the Department:The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational units: Epidemiology & biostatistics, Health policy & management, Population & reproductive health, Environmental health, and Non-communicable diseases & mental health.

Job Role / Responsibilities:You will be required to: - design, develop, and maintain interactive digital solutions and multimedia applications to support blended learning initiatives
- create optimized web applications with a focus on UI/UX design and user engagement
- develop animations, videos, infographics, branding materials, and interactive web content for educational and operational use
- support blended and asynchronous learning methodologies through engaging multimedia content
- maintain and analyse data for reporting in graphical and tabular formats
- conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and stakeholders on multimedia tools, web technologies, and blended learning approaches
- support the adoption of asynchronous learning models and digital education strategies
- assist in the finalization of project reports, ensuring alignment with academic and operational objectives
- develop system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for faculty and students
- develop and oversee digital content strategies for blended learning and operational efficiency
- ensure the smooth integration of multimedia content into CHS's evolving digital landscape.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:You should have:- a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and UI/UX design tools
- experience in LMS platforms, data visualization tools, and digital learning technologies is preferred
- strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience in training and capacity building
- excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with faculty, staff, and IT teams.
