Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products aligned with the company's vision and goals.


Key Responsibilities:


· Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.


· Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.


· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.


· Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.


· Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and technical teams.


· Ensure continuous improvement of the product by gathering user feedback and iterating on features.


· Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.


· Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.


· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
