Product Owner

• Product Management:
  • Write and review user stories and wireframes, ensuring they accurately capture requirements and are easily understood by the development team.
  • Create and maintain a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives, effectively communicating it to stakeholders.
  • Create product playbooks, manuals, training material for commercial team etc.
  • Implement Agile and DevOps principles to enhance product delivery and team productivity.
• Supply Chain Domain Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of supply chain roles and operations, recognizing how each contributes to overall organizational functionality.
  • Previous experience or exposure to downstream operations in the retail and omni-channel industries is a plus.
  • Possess a good grasp of related value levers and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance.
• Data Analysis:
  • Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Deliver data projects, translating data-driven insights into actions that enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Possess a basic understanding of statistics and data science techniques, leveraging them to derive actionable insights.
• Act as a leader:
  • Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide constructive feedback and promote continuous learning within the team.
  • Demonstrate a high agency and proactive approach to problem-solving, making decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Uphold company values, including integrity, innovation, and collaboration, in all interactions with the team and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a related field.
• Product Management: Proficiency in user story and wireframe creation, product strategy development, and Agile/DevOps implementation.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain roles, downstream operations (retail and omni-channel), and related value levers and KPIs.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in BI tools, delivering data projects, and applying data science techniques for actionable insights.
• Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
• High Agency: Self-starter mindset, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Alignment with Company Values: Demonstrated embodiment of integrity, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions.
