Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Product Marketer to drive the marketing strategy and execution for our products. As a Product Marketer, you will play a critical role in understanding the market, crafting compelling narratives, and developing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
Responsibilities
:


  1. Market Research and Analysis


    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
    • Identify target audience segments and develop customer personas.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging


    • Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging.
    • Work with design and content teams to produce product-focused marketing materials.
  3. Marketing Campaigns and Launches


    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
    • Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels.
  4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams


    • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product objectives.
    • Provide the sales team with training and enablement materials, including product briefs, FAQs, and competitive analyses.
  5. Performance Tracking and Optimization


    • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
    • Optimize strategies and campaigns based on data insights.

RequirementsRequirements

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in product marketing, brand management, or a similar role.

Skills:


  1. Marketing Expertise


    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  2. Communication Skills


    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in crafting compelling product stories and marketing materials.
  3. Analytical Skills


    • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using data visualization tools
  4. Technical Knowledge


    • Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Basic understanding of UX/UI and product design principles.
  5. Soft Skills


    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in SaaS or tech product marketing.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, MIRO & Figma
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
