As a Product Manager in Digital Business Access and Tools Product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for discovery, drive the backlog, integrate how the work fits into the customer experience, and deliver new features that are utilized by business customers from Small Business to Private to Commercial sized customers. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities


  • Work with Technology and Design teams to lead product developments efforts
  • Conduct discovery work on features that may include research, gathering competitive info, voice of customer facts, and more.
  • Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization
  • Monitor against agreed goals and benchmarks, identifying, scoping and finding implementation paths for needed enhancements, and creating remediation plans when needed
  • Conduct periodic product performance reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc)
  • Monitor the day-to-day and monthly health of the product (scorecards, volumes, problems)
  • Publish regular executive reports summarizing the overall backlog health of the product, industry and competitive trends and the voice of the customer
  • Monitor any product change request and assist when required in resolving production related problems
  • Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and QA to certify the release as production ready
  • Work with cross-functional partners to strengthen product controls, compliance, and risk environment
  • Work with 3rd party vendors/ partners to enhance product offering

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in a product management role including agile transformation experience required
  • 2+ years of digital background working with account management of, deposit accounts, merchant services, business loans,  digital profiles/entitlements, credit card, and debit cards.
  • Experience working on agile enabled teams using JIRA tool
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: "tell a story" with data
  • Strong presentation skills and ease with effective communication with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
  • BS or MS in Business Management, Finance, Information systems and Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or comparable field of study
