Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to support our team with tactical tasks that contribute to the overall success of our product and customer experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a junior or senior college student or a recent graduate with a background in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science. The intern will focus on analytics, testing, and assisting with ongoing product-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ongoing Work:
- Test chatbot functionality by analyzing customer interaction logs, documenting improvement areas, and drafting suggestions for content teams.
- Convert raw data into meaningful trend graphs to assist in decision-making.
Assignment-Based Work:
- Review customer journeys using tools like Hotjar, summarize findings, and propose improvements.
- Conduct lab tests comparing our product's usability with competitors.
- Transform meeting notes from PLG sessions into actionable items and track them to completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a junior/senior year of university or a recent graduate with no current full-time employment.
- Background in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with product management or AI tools.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
