As Product Lead at PakWheels.com, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by delivering a great user experience for the consumer product, while working with an agile cross-functional team consisting of online marketing channel specialists in SEO and SEM, UX, and UI Designers, and Software Engineers.
Responsibilities
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates PakWheels.com across primary market segments
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in a dynamic product management role
• 1+ years of people management experience and high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Previous experience in software and web development
• Demonstrable knowledge of SEM and online advertising
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimize product performance
