JOB TITLE: Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. As part of our Product Experience Team, you will collaborate closely with software engineers and developers to turn complex product problems into simple, intuitive, and smart user experiences. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, while ensuring the implementation of design systems that align with user feedback and business strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Design and Prototyping: Lead the design of complex big-data applications, web portals and other digital products by creating customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and final designs.
• User Research: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to identify user pain points and areas of improvement, ensuring design decisions are data-driven and user-centered.
• Design Systems: Create, implement, and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and the Product Experience Team to turn complex product workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Product Prototyping: Develop product prototypes based on initial concepts, test ideas, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: Audit existing builds, generate hypotheses, and propose changes that improve the overall user experience.
• Problem-Solving: Explore product challenges and develop UX/UI solutions that align with both user needs and business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of designing and delivering software experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on products with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Miro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Skilled in daily communication with clients and stakeholders, and experienced in presenting sketches, prototypes, and product design concepts to large teams.
• Strong knowledge of UX design processes, best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent graphic design skills, including proficiency in illustration, layout, typography and color theory.
• Expertise in data presentation, discovery, and visualization techniques.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers to build scalable and flexible designs.
• Familiarity with designing products for developers or business users.
