Job Description

AutoLeap is looking for a Product Designer to join our strong team of repeat entrepreneurs looking to expand their success into SaaS software for the automotive repair space. This is a unique trailblazer opportunity with explosive growth potential. You will play a key role in influencing the company's continued success, understanding our internal stakeholders and executing the fulfilment of their business needs.

About AutoLeap

AutoLeap is the #1 ERP solution for auto repair shops across North America. We believe that most repair shops get a bad rap, and are actually run by honest, hard-working small business entrepreneurs, who for the most part have been left behind by the tech boom. AutoLeap is proud to improve the working lives of these shop owners by bringing modern, innovative, and intuitive software solutions to their underserved market.

We are an international organization that values doing things differently, setting the bar high, and having fun along the way. We are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Threshold Ventures, and industry leaders including the ex-CEO of GM and former executives from Bridgestone. Our leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, and hails from management consulting, investment banking, Wharton, and Stanford.

As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Create experiences that empower and delight our users
  • Initiate and collaborate with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to drive user insights and technical requirements
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes for development
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations to ensure all user experiences are intuitive, quick, and fit the intended business process
  • Drive the communication and delivery of design excellence in the final product
  • Create AutoLeap pattern libraries and templates for a variety of users to ensure consistency and scale
