As a Product Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Controls Platforms team, you will support the product owner by managing release processes, maintaining JIRA, and assisting with business reporting and administrative controls. You will also work as a Business Analyst to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to enhance our support model. Job responsibilities - Handle daily support tickets, resolving technical questions and challenges.
- Collaborate with team members on administrative control tasks and data uploads.
- Oversee product release monitoring.
- Assist in evaluating and redesigning business processes for improved efficiency.
- Support testing and validation of new system features to ensure they meet requirements.
- Communicate updates and address concerns with the product team and system users.
- Assist in project management activities, including scheduling and progress tracking.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Graduate/Post-Graduate degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of quality control and assurance testing to support quality programs.
- Skilled in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental interaction.
- Capable of guiding others through system functionalities with clear instruction.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Basic understanding of cloud concepts, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with data wrangling services like Alteryx is a plus.
- Ability to navigate BusinessObjects Reporting for insights.
