What will you do?
The Regional Solution and Service business unit is part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to work with Cybersecurity - Product Solution Security Expert (C-PSSE) and support on presales activities in Lead Country India. You will ensure an effective solution design complying to client requirements and ensuring a robust cybersecurity solution. •You support the cybersecurity workstream of technical/business projects to ensure secure services and business processes right from the start.
•You support and guide sales, presales, operations, business managers in solution/network architecture.
•You will coordinate in close cooperation with the Product and Solution Security Expert to ensure continuous Cybersecurity improvement.
•You support PSSE on supplier assessments.
What will you need to succeed?
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology
•Already gained 4+ years of experience in similar roles
•Strong knowledge of network security controls, protocols and technologies (e.g., hardening, IDS, network segmentation, network components, TCP/IP, VLANs).
•Ideally familiar with leading cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
•Experience in conducting supplier assessments.
•Strong IT know-how to articulate cybersecurity adoption and impact  
•Strong team player and collaborator, with robust interpersonal skills that consistently foster positive working relationships within the team and beyond 
•Possess knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) / Operational Technology (OT).
•Any relevant certifications are appreciated; willingness to learn and get certified along your growth journey is a prerequisite.
•Are experienced in large, global matrix organizations and know how to collaborate effectively virtually – across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones
•Experience working with various stakeholders
•Proficient in written and spoken English and any additional native language spoken
•Able to travel
