Our Client is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Consulting firm with the aim to provide specialized engineering consulting and design services to Oil and Gas industries in Pakistan as well as internationally.



Job Summary:

Senior Process Design Engineer shall be required to work as engineering resource and have the following skills

• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for accuracy, detail and problem-solving PFDs and P&IDs preparation.
• Process equipment/instruments sizing, rating and data sheet preparation
• Pressure safety valve narratives and relief load calculation
• Hydraulic Calculation and Line Sizing
• Control Valve Calculation (Sizing and Troubleshooting)
• Steady State Simulation
• Flare Network Design
• Flow Assurance using Hysys
• Process Safety Studies (PHAS, HAZOP, SIL, FERA etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the applicable engineering codes and standards such as API, NFPA, ISO,

OGRA (Local Oil & Gas Standard)

• Demonstrated ability to work in both.

Command in following engineering software:

- Aspen Hysys

- AutoCAD

- Fisher Specification Sheet

- KORF Hydraulics

- HTRI

- Flarenet

- DNV Phast

- Groth

- Winsize

Job Details:

Experience: 10+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Timings: 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
