We are looking for a motivated and experienced Presales Consultant - Cisco in Karachiwith a great technical background and customer facing delivery experience. The successful candidate will possess strong consulting skills and possess in-depth experience in security operations, cyber threat intelligence, and computer incident response to work with Ingram Micro services team.
What will you do?
  • Serve as a consulting resource for partners and customers within the designated territory.
  • Interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs and workable solutions.
  • Arrange and conduct technical training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations for partners, customers, and internal company teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to support client needs, manage project deliverables, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Create detailed network diagrams, design documents, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Which Talent do you bring?
  • You are a graduate with 3+ years of experience in Cisco presales.
  • You own a solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  • You possess a strong understanding of Cisco's networking, and or security, collaboration, and data center solutions.
  • You have Cisco certifications (CCNA is a minimum requirement, CCNP is highly preferred).
  • You are capable of developing comprehensive technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • You can create detailed network diagrams, design documents, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • You have a decent knowledge of industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • You possess a strong customer-centric mindset and effectively utilize interpersonal relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • You excel at conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed.
  • You are a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
