Power Apps Developer

Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Developer. The ideal candidate should have experience (minimal 2 yrs) in developing complex Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and custom solutions in SharePoint to meet complex business requirements. Good-to-have skills include experience in developing data solutions using Power BI, as well as experience in Python or R.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and custom solutions in SharePoint to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and share knowledge to improve team productivity.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems and services.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practices.
• Good-to-have skills include experience in developing data solutions using Power BI, as well as experience in Python or R.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, best practices, and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience required 2-4yrs
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint development, including complex workflows and custom solutions.
• Experience in developing data solutions using Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in Python or R is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing custom connectors and integrating with third-party systems and services.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, articulate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
